The next Board meeting is scheduled for August 28th, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. It will be held at the Phillips residence located at
1476 Homeport Dr. All homeowner's are welcome to attend!


Community Information

Homeport is a private waterfront community in Navarre Beach, FL situated on Homeport Drive. The subdivision consists of 79 homes just yards from the Gulf of Mexico and a canal on Navarre Beach. Many homes in this community are waterfront! It's close proximity to Navarre Beach Pier and restaurants makes it a favorite location on Navarre Beach.  It's also just minutes from Gulf Islands National Seashore which has been voted the top beach in Florida!  The community features heated pools, boat slips and a fishing dock.

Complex Amenities: Heated Pool (with restrooms), Private Roads, Boat Slips and a Fishing Dock.

School Districts: Elementary: Holley-Navarre Primary,  Middle: Holley-Navarre Intermediate, High School: Navarre High

Association Dues

Homeport Homeowner's Association dues are $420.00 annually.  Due on January 1, each year.  Interest (18% per anum) will be added after 15 days late, per Covenants.

If you have questions about your statement or account balance, please contact HOA Management at (850) 473-3983 or Email HOA Admin.

Information about fines: Florida Statute allows for fines to be levied if covenant violations are not corrected in a timely way. The maximum fine allowed is $100 per day for each violation, with a maximum of $1000 per violation. Fines will only be used as a last resort. Please address notification of covenant violations promplty and notify Renee when corrected.

Board Members and Association Meetings

Meeting dates will be posted on the website, notices mailed out to each owner, or signs posted at the neighborhood entrance or community bulletin board. 

Every association is required to hold an annual meeting. Annual meeting notices are sent out in advance and will contain a proxy and a return envelope. We encourage each and every home owner to participate in your associations meetings. If you are unable to attend the meeting, please be sure to return your proxy in the envelope provided. Annual meetings require quorums and your proxy will be needed in order to meet a quorum and conduct official meeting business and agenda items. 

New board members are often elected or appointed at the annual meeting. If you are interested in running for a position on your homeowner’s association’s board of directors please contact Renee Wind for more information on becoming a board member.

Architectual Review Committee - If you want to make changes to your property please contact the President of the Association with your plans to make the request. The Architectural Review Committe needs to review and approve any new construction and / or landscaping done to your property before the work begins.

How to Report Maintenance Request and Violations

ListItemReport a Maintenance Problem:
To report a maintenance problem or hazardous condition in the subdivision, please email HOA Admin, submit the online form, or call the office at (850) 473-3983. Our office hours are Monday - Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm. If it is outside of office hours, and is a REAL EMERGENCY, please call our Emergency Phone at (850) 512-6019.
