Welcome to the Homeport Homeowner's Association Website!
Homeport is a private waterfront community in Navarre, FL. The subdivision consists of 79 homes just yards from the Gulf of Mexico. It is a community for mostly U.S. Military Personnel, Federal Civil Servants, local population, retirees and defense contractors. Additionally, due to its close proximity to Navarre Beach and its 4 miles of beach front on the Gulf of Mexico as well as the Gulf Islands National Seashore it has a small, but growing community of nature enthusiasts and tourists.
The area is known for the untarnished natural beauty, boutique shopping, swimming in the emerald colored water, having a picnic on the beach or in the county park which is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico. Residents and visitors alike enjoy riding or jogging on the several scenic bike paths.
Complex Amenities: Heated Pool (with restrooms), Private Roads, Boat Slips and a Fishing Dock.
Homeport Homeowner's Association dues are $391.00 annually. Due on January 1, each year. Interest (18% per anum) will be added after 15 days late, per Covenants.
