The upcoming Annual Board meeting will be Friday, October 24, 2018 at 6:00pm. It will be held at the Santa Rosa County Auditorium located at 4530 Spikes Way, Milton, FL 32583. All homeowners are encouraged to attend!
The concept of Jaimee's Ridge began in the late 1980s with the procurement of land. In the early 1990s the development plan was submitted to the county. Construction of homes began in 2001 and currently in 2016 there is a total of 145 homes in the neighborhood.
Jaimee's Ridge is surrounded by federally protected wetlands, most of which is owned by Pensacola State College. There are several department stores and restaurants within walking distance of this centrally located neighborhood.

Jaimee's Ridge Homeowner's Association Dues are $91 annually. Due on January 1, each year. Interest (18% per anum) will be added after 30 days late, in addition to late fee of 10% of the assessment, per Covenants.

Meeting dates will be posted on the website, notices mailed out to each owner, or signs posted at the neighborhood entrance or community bulletin board.
Every association is required to hold an annual meeting. Annual meeting notices are out in advance and will contain a proxy and a return envelope. We encourage each and every home owner to participate in your associations meetings. If you are unable to attend the meeting, please be sure to return your proxy in the envelope provided. Annual meetings require quorums and you proxy will be needed in order to meet a quorum and conduct official meeting business and agenda items.
New board members are often elected or appointed at the annual meeting. Please contact Renee Wind for more information if you are interested in running for a position on the homeowner’s association’s board of directors.

Architectual Review Committee - If you want to make changes to your property please contact Renee for the form to make the request. The Architectural Review Committe needs to review and approve any new construction and / or landscaping done on your property before the work begins.

To report a maintenance problem or hazardous condition in the subdivision, click here. You can also submit the online form, or call the office at (850) 473-3983. Our office hours are Monday - Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm. If it is outside of office hours, and is a REAL EMERGENCY, please call our Emergency Phone at (850) 512-6019.
Report a Violation:
If you have noticed a home owner or tenant consistently violating the covenants in your neighborhood or complex, please feel free to report the issue.
