Listing your Home for Sale and/or For Rent

If you’ve been exploring the possibility of selling your rental property but are unsure of vacancy costs, read this article!

We've got a solution where both options are possible. List your property for sale or for rent, whichever happens first. Our sales team is happy to test out the waters for you by listing your home for sale and/or for rent!

Here's what we ask:

  • You allow the sales team the 30 day notice period while the tenant is still occupying the home to list the property exclusively on the sales market!
  • If it's not under contract by the time the tenant vacates, we will list it for rent and keep it on both the sales and rental market until it's sold or rented!
  • If it rents first, you allow us to with withdraw it from the sales market once rented. New tenants do not take kindly to moving in a new property that's active for sale.
