Welcome to the Oak Knolls Homeowner's Association Website!

The next BOD meeting is TBD.

Community Information

Oak Knolls Townhomes are conveniently located on Hilburn Road behind the University Mall. The Oak Knoll Community is close to West Forida Hospital, many restaurants, and the University of West Florida.  Enjoy secluded back yards for entertaining and good breezes!  Entertain and relax under the shade of the live oak canopy behind your privacy fence. These townhomes have a great cottage feeling with plenty of opportunity to do great gardening in the shady back yards or just relaxing in this neighborhood. The neighborhood and Board of Directors take a lot of pride in keeping the subdivision and homes in the subdivision well maintained, while providing peaceful living for all occupants.

Do you have community news you want posted on the website?  Maybe you're having a yard sale or community picnic?
Email Renee the information so we can share it with your neighbors!

Board Members and Association Meetings

Meeting dates will be posted on the website, notices mailed out to each owner, or signs posted at the neighborhood entrance or community bulletin board.

Every Association is required to hold an annual meeting. Annual meeting notices are sent out in advance and will contain a proxy and a return envelope. We encourage each and every home owner to participate in your associations meetings. If you are unable to attend the meeting, please be sure to return your proxy in the envelope provided. Annual meetings require quorums and your proxy will be needed in order to meet a quorum and conduct offical meeting business and agenda items.

New board members are often elected or qppointed at the annual meeting. If you are interested in running for a position on your homeowner's association's board of directors please contact Renee Wind for more information on becoming a board member.
