Important Information from Realty Masters
Our company professionally manages nearly 1,000 rental homes and 25 homeowner associations in Pensacola Bay area in Northwest Florida. We have properties in Escambia, Santa Rosa, and Okaloosa counties. Realty Masters is always looking for new vendors and contractors in the Greater Pensacola area to join our vendor network. We only use licensed, insured, and workers compenstation (or exemption) vendors.
Properties that we manage range from Cantonment and Perdido Key, to Milton and Pace, Gulf Breeze and Navarre, and all the way to Crestview and Fort Walton Beach. We are in need of good vendors for all these locations.
As of 2018, we are in need for general maintenance services and painting.

How to become a vendor for Realty Masters:

Once you have completed all the forms in our vendor packet, please come to our office Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm with your photo ID. We have a notary in the office who will need to notarize your signature.
For Current Vendors submitting a bill:
For payment on work completed on one of our community associations or properties: please fax the invoice to (850) 473-3975 with the property address clearly visible or email the invoice to our office coordinator Fern.
Please include the following:
- Name of business the check should be addressed to
- Your phone number and mailing address.
- Address of the property/properties you worked on
- Dated invoice with full scope of work
Checks are cut twice a month according to a schedule and can be picked up after noon at our office upon request or will be mailed to the address on the invoice. In order to have a check cut on Friday, your invoice must be provided to our office by Thursday at 5pm.
♦ Please note: we can only hire contractors who are properly licensed, insured, and have the appropriate workers compensation/exemption. Please get your estimate approved in writing before proceeding with work. Realty Masters is not responsible for payment unless the work has been approved by the owner or board of directors unless otherwise noted.
