The neighborhood and Board of Directors take a lot of pride in keeping the subdivision and homes in the subdivision well maintained, while providing peaceful living for all occupants.

 Association Dues

New annual assessment is $380 and is due on January 1, 2019.  If not received by end of January, a $25 late fee is charged in addition to 1.5% interest per month retroactive to the due date of 1/1/2019. You will receive notification of the annual dues at least 30 days prior to the due date.

Only checks or money orders made payable to Stonechase HOA are acceptable. They should be mailed or delivered to:

Information about fines: Florida Statute allows for fines to be levied if covenant violations are not corrected in a timely way. The maximum fine allowed is $100 per day for each violation, with a maximum of $1000 per violation. Fines will only be used as a last resort.  Please address notification of covenant violations promplty and notify Jay Schwartz when corrected.

 

Board Members and Association Meetings

Meeting dates will be posted on the website, notices mailed out to each owner, or signs posted at the neighborhood entrance or community bulletin board.

Every Association is required to hold an annual meeting. Annual meeting notices are sent out in advance and will contain a proxy and return envelope. We encourage each and every home owner to participate in your associations meetings. if you are unable to attend the meeting, please be sure to return your proxy in the envelope provided. Annual meetings require quorums and your proxy will be needed in order to meet a quorum and conduct official meeting business and agenda items.

New board members are often elected or appointed at annual meeting. If you are interested in running for a position on your homeowner's association board of directors please contact your property manager for more information on becoming a board member.

Architectual Review Committee

If you would like to make changes to your property, you will need to complete an Architectural Review Form. You can print the ARC form here and return it to me via email, fax, or mail. The Architectural Review Committe needs to review and approve any new construction and / or landscaping wishing to be done on your property before the work begins.

How to report Maintenance Request and Violations

Use our quick links to report general maintenance issues within the subdivision including: Street lights not workingpower outagesand violationsFor more extensive HOA information please see our Homeowners Association Resources page. To report a hazardous condition in the subdivision, where appropriate call 911 first, then call the office at 850-473-3983. If it is outside of office hours, and is a REAL EMERGENCY, please call our Emergency Cell Phone at (850) 512-6019.
