Jay Schwartz is a licensed community association manager who manages a dozen homeowner associations in the Pensacola area. Jay, a Pensacola resident since 1972, is an Air Force Brat and spent time in the Navy as a Pilot. Jay has extensive knowledge with insurance and investments which helps him properly assist the board of directors with operations in their community. He is also a 5-time national racquetball champion!
