Located at 5254 Munson Hwy in Milton, FL 32570, Carpenter’s Park is a favorite among locals in Santa Rosa County and arguably our favorite park in Milton, Florida. Carpenter’s park borders Blackwater River, allowing you to experience an abundance of wildlife while visiting. It also has a dock that looks out onto the bridge and two boat ramps with trailer parking areas with direct access into Blackwater River.
Carpenter’s Park is large, spanning several acres, and offers numerous parking areas and grassy fields for your favorite park sport like frisbee. You’ll find plenty of sidewalks for skating and biking. You’ll also find there is a large playground for the children with covered picnic tables that allow you to watch the children while staying in the shade. You’ll find slides, swing sets, jungle gyms, playground equipment and more. This park also offers one of our favorite splash pads to cool down during our hot Florida summers with plenty of covered seating. You’ll also find restrooms and several are picnic areas with tables and electricity making it a great place to host a birthday party or family event.
